One of the most famous and respected display teams in the world return to Sanicole to take part in the Sanicole Sunset Airshow on Friday evening, 18 September: The Royal Air Force Red Arrows! Their routine with precise large formations and breathtaking syncro manoeuvers has made them crowd favourites for 51 years now.
The Frecce Tricolori are the largest aerobatic team in Europe, flying 10 Aermacchi MB39 jet trainers. They are stationed at Rivolto, near Udine, in the north of Italy. 2015 marks the 55th anniversary of the team representing the Italian air force and aviation industry both at home and abroad.

The American Melissa Pemberton is no stranger to the International Sanicole Airshow, but this year, she will take part with her own aircraft for the first time, an Edge 540. At previous editions of the show, she flew in a borrowed Extra 300, but thanks to the Edge 540’s better agility, higher rollrate and more powerful engine,
