USAF B-52 Stratofortress

No better way to celebrate the US “4th of July” than announcing the exciting news that we we can welcome the United States Air Force again this year with a gigantic highlight: the heavy 8-engine B-52 bomber.

Did you know the B-52’s nickname is ‘BUFF’ (Big Ugly Fat Fellow)?

This enormous aircraft was already deployed during the Vietnam War and the Cold War. In more recent operations, it proved its value to perform precision attacks using the latest weaponry.

Thanks to continous upgrades, the B-52 will remain in service until well into the 2050s, about 100 years after entering active service. Don’t miss this unique aircraft during our Sunset Airshow on 13 September!
